You know what people forget about Samantha Jones/Kim Cattrall? She is freakin' beautiful. And aging amazingly. And was consistently the funniest, most daring, and often most empowering part of SATC. Much has been written by scholars bigger than I about this character's independence, professional power, sexual liberation and the impact it has had on our society. Basically I just love her. I love how comfortable she always seemed in her body, I love how she was never subjugated, how she was never judgmental, how she threw men around, but always took care of her friends.
